After working in the UK, France, and the USA, he founded a business consultancy in Romania in 2011, supporting organizations like HP, KPMG, Oracle, and BMW. Colin is also an author of multiple books on business psychology and adaptability, a qualified emotional intelligence practitioner, Senior Lecturer at the University of Bucharest, and President of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce.
